Your Initial Consultation
Before any type of oral or facial surgery is planned at Oral + Facial Surgery of Eastern Colorado, a consultation is required. For select patients, procedures may be performed on the same day as your consultation. It’s essential for us to thoroughly understand your medical and dental history and your general health status so we can plan your treatment to avoid complications and risks. During your consultation, one of our surgeons will conduct an examination, look at your dental x-rays and images, and perform certain tests to evaluate your condition. After an in-depth conversation, they will discuss all treatment options consistent with your goals of care and go over your procedure-day sedation options. Before the end of your consultation visit, our front office staff will schedule your procedure appointment day and time.
